Who pays for return shipping?
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover the full return shipping cost. For general returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 1–2 business days. The refund is then initiated immediately, but it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
What if my item arrived damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
I received the wrong product. What do I do?
